Family Family Family

So what did you do for Thanksgiving?? We spent the day at my mom's mom's house first then headed to my dad's parents' house. My mom's family is LARGE!!.....large as in, there were probably 50 people at Grandmomma's. Twenty of those were children under the age of 10. So I guess one thing I'm thankful for is family, lots of family! :)

I'm also thankful for electricity. We got up yesterday morning and were getting ready. I had went for a walk with Jake before I actually got ready. When I got back to the house, I noticed there were several lights that wouldn't turn on. Finally, my darling husband had to inform me that the power was out. So.....This means a shower for me but no hair washing. :( Not cool!! But on the bright side, I didn't' have to worry about cooking and having people over.

Some of the little ones running around and burning energy.

The "older" fellas shooting the bull. (With my son! :) )

Testing Case's food to make sure it wasn't too hot. ( My lovely SIL took this.)

Don't they look soooooo excited!! HA HA

One good thing about having a huge family is that there's plenty of my cousins and aunts that I can ask for baby/toddler advice. I got some good advice too on planning our trip to Disneyland from Christie and Tabitha. They told me some do's and dont's.
Hope you had a GREAT THANKSGIVING!!!
