Yesterday, I finally had time to go do some shopping. I'm not one of those people who has all my shopping done by Thanksgiving or even before. I have purchased a lot of my presents online with all the free shipping and good deals but haven't done a great deal of in-store shopping.
Holly and I left the kiddies with the hubbies and took off. Of course, we had to hit up the local Star.bucks to give us a little kick and get us going. :) The Esspresso Truffle is to die for. I'm sitting here thinking if there's an errand I need to run that will be me in the area so I can enjoy another. Anyway.....
We accomplished quite a bit in a few short hours. It's always nice to hit the mall with a girlfriend and no children in tow.
I love buying gifts for my loved ones. I especially love buying for the hubby! It's always fun to try and get him something he'll love and be surprised to get.
Slowly be surely I'm marking off my list. The hubby and I are leaving Lil Man with my parents Saturday night so we can do a date night and finish up our shopping for some family.
I love Christmas time!!
