So last night was a blast! I have some rockin friends. I look forward to this night every month like no other.....well, there are other great times to but you know what I mean! :) I really am truly blessed to know these ladies. We laugh, joke, complain.....you know how it goes. One minute everyone is laughing their booties off; the next minute talking about life/death and sadness in our hearts.

While I was out, The Hubby and Lil Man went to dinner with some friends. They had some male bonding time. I think it was good for The Hubby to go out with just Lil Man and have to take care of him by himself. It makes him appreciate a little bit more all that I do when it's just Lil Man and myself.
Lil Man was sound asleep when I got home. He and his daddy had a nice dinner with with Holly, Philip, Micah and baby Sam. THEN....he woke up around 1:00ish and wouldn't let The Hubby deal. Where did he end up? Snuggled up with mommy in bed. he he. I love me some Lil Man!!!

On another note.....
It has been a stressful week at work. The construction business tends to be SLOW during the first quarter of each year. So finding jobs and keeping the guys busy.....aka making money is slow right now. We are extremely lucky though. We have several jobs lined up the next few months. And most are under contract. We just got to ride this slow time and get to them. Then to top off the week.... we terminated a guy today. One hates doing this but sometimes you gotta do what you gotta do.
So this girl is so, sooooooo very glad the weekend is upon us. And to top it off. Lil Man is staying with his Nana and Poppa tonight so The Hubby and I can get some serious sleep.
