And this is what I have

Where oh Where is my darling dear??

Working!

Here is my bed companion for the night. LOL. Actually, he sleeps BESIDE the bed and not in it.

My baby is snug in his bed. Where I'm hoping he stays. I figured out how to get him to sleep through the night. Once we come home in the afternoon, we stay outside until it's dinner time. Yep, that's right. I come home and don't' do a thing except play with the child and dog outside. (HEY! IF we're NEVER inside...there's nothing to have to clean and pickup!) I fix dinner and then it's bath time/bedtime routine.

Let me tell you what I did today though. My Hubby and some of fellow/local officers got a kick out of it.

There was a lady walking in our neighborhood. She passed by our house several times.....as in like 4 times! The first two times....didn't think anything about it.

Side note: We live in a neighborhood 10 miles or so from the closest town/city. It's a one-way/one-way out.

After that, I called The Hubby and asked if there was anyone in this area to just ride by.....just cruise the neighborhood. I'm not a crazy person...really I'm not. But this lady just did not belong. It was just weird.....she doesn't live here and I didn't' see a car that could have been hers.

When I finally saw the "ride-by", it was forty minutes later. He called my Hubby and said, "Tell your wife she's seeing ghosts. But just so you know, they're outside playing and everything looks safe."

Moral to this story: Our "hood" has connections. Don't come in and mess! :) There's always people watching. (And yes, due to my husband's occupation, I might be a little more paranoid than most. Sue me!)

Be as paranoid as you need to be! it gets pretty crazy out there sometimes, so you almost have to watch yourself, don't you? I was reminded of that when my parents car was stolen. Too bad my hubs won't let me keep a bat under the bed. He says the intruder would wrestle it from me and attack ME with it. whatever. i have mad kung fu skills.
I hope your little guy stays down as well! Have a great night!
