Which is more reliable.....especially when you tell said wife at 1:30 in the morning (when you get home from work) to wake you up before she leaves for work.

(This is obviously not me at 1:30 am but you get my drift.
And I certainly don't have a big a$# grin on my face at
that time of morning either.)

Darling husband.....if you have a meeting (or several meetings) lined up, then don't rely on a middle of the night conversation with semi conscious wife to get you up. Sorry you had to learn that lesson the hard way. That's why you have that nice (and expensive if I remember correctly) alarm clock sitting on your side of the bed. Rely on it next time. Hopefully, it won't let you down.
And I am sorry that I didn't remember that conversation either.
Mornings in our house seem a little crazy. Are they that way in your home????

Ha! my husband is notorious for asking me to wake him instead of setting the alarm.
Haha! I can barely get myself up let alone anyone else!
I LOVE THIS! My husband is constantly saying, "remember when I told you I'd be working late? You were laying on the couch?" and I'm like, "YOU MEAN WHEN I WAS ASLEEP???" And of course he says, "Well, you nodded so I thought you understood."
