Ok Ok .....It's only fair!

That I be honest and admit that I have a kick a$# husband.

Let me say first though....... for those who felt bad for my husband b/c of the lack of water in the frig (see yesterday's post to understand)........ I failed to mention that he "overlooked" cans of Dr Pepper, Coke, Sprite and TWO different types of Gatorade. Do you still feel bad about the "choice" he had to make?? [ grin ]

Anyway.....back to only being fair.

My husband puts up with me......my laid back attitude, tons of patience, LONG fuse on my temper. Ok Ok....so that description describes me NOT so much.

Actually, I'm none of these things. These are probably more of the exact opposite of what I am. They describe my husband's characteristics more than my own. So you see.....we are perfect for each other because opposites attract right.

Moving on..........


I received a big, fat F- on my culinary skills tonight. I'm pretty hard core about what Lil Man eats and for The Hubby and myself also....but definitely for Lil Man. Tonight's menu consisted of (drum roll please) frozen tater tots and frozen chicken nuggets. Can you say unhealthy??

The Hubby is still out working; Lil Man and I stayed outside playing longer than we should have. I got pressed for time and really had no desire to cook anything. I took the easy way out! I'm already thinking about dinner tomorrow night to make up for it. :) The positive side was that Lil Man really wasn't that into it and ended up eating two fruit cups to go along with it.

After bath time, Lil Man was playing a little. He goes to the bottom of the steps and points like he wants me to sit beside him. He knows the steps are off limits. Almost two years old..... we have NOT allowed him to play, climb, attempt the stairs....I guess that's about to change.

"Look at me Mommy! Aren't I just too cute?!"

"Are you really going to get onto me?!"

He's in bed now in he cute pj's. I'm heading to bed myself......maybe......I might just have to watch Desperate Housewives of NJ.......thankyousoverymuch.
