The Hubby started it last night. I joined in tonight. It was the Plyometric version. We didn't do the whole workout. It takes about 60 minutes from start to finish. Umm, yeah right! We knocked out about 25/30 minutes.
Can you say hardcore??!!
I really don't suggest this to someone who has no current workout regime. If you don't workout now, you need to start with something a little less intense. That's just my opinion.

I had to run upstairs to check on Lil Man before I went to bed. I thought I might just roll back down the stairs because my legs are jello. The worst part...... I'm looking forward to tomorrow!

I know! I love the plyo one! I try to do it 2-3 times a week. It is a kick butt workout, and I always feel so good after. I pretty much suck at the rock star jumps though!
I've heard about this!!! I know to steer clear of it. Jillian Michaels is still kicking my butt.
You are crazy, girl! Jillian and I are barely on speaking terms most days. I don't know if I'll ever make it to a P90X level!
