Days in the life

I haven't posted many pictures of Lil Man recently so I'm playing catch up.
His grand mommy and granddaddy are on the road for a few months, and I know I'll hear it from them if I don't show the occasional (ok...LOTS of pictures of my child.) :) So....what's he been up to besides trying to learn to adjust to preschool.......
His Nana and Poppa took him to a farm close to our house to see the deer and feed them. You can see he was loving this.
He and Poppa had the cute doe eating out of their hands.

Next...... Lil Man is having an afternoon snack like we do most days when he gets home. He's teasing Jake by walking around and shaking goldfish out of his snack bowl.

It's even funnier when Lil Man drops one and then races Jake to see who can get to it first and eat it.....yes, my child eats goldfish off the ground. And no, I don't really care. In my opinion, ground germs aren't as bad as other people's germs.

What you lookin' at?! Cause I'm not seeing anything....the sun is in my eyes.

You've probably heard my say my child has been hunting several times now. He's only actually been to the field twice.....once on Labor Day and then this past Saturday. My dad and The Hubby wanted to get one last "hunt' in so they took Lil Man with them.

Here I am trying to get his camo on him. Is he being cooperative? No! Of course he isn't.

Thinking he's a funny boy running from mommy!

I have to tell you this though. Since Lil Man has gone hunting, he likes to "shoot" things.....birds, people, cars...you name it. The Hubby got him out of bed the other morning to change his diaper and put his clothes on. Lil Man had yet to open his eyes but was lying on his changing pad with the biggest grin and "shooting." I couldn't help but laugh!!
This past weekend The Hubby pressure washed our windows. Lil Man had to help of course along with his sidekick Jake.

"Daddy, why don't you give me the hose and let me do it?"

Now we're talking!

Last night I was getting dinner ready..... Lil Man helped himself to a box of batteries and was entertaining himself.

Such concentration!

About this time of day is not our "good" time. When 5 o'clock rolls around, my sweet child decides to start pushing mommy's buttons and turns into a not sweet child. This was after one of our "run-ins", and he went off to play by himself.

So there's somethings my child has been up to recently.......

just another day in the life of Lil Man!
