Around the world

We didn't actually go around the world. It sure felt like it, and I'm sure it really feel like it to a 2 yr old. Christmas was a busy couple of days. Christmas Eve started with my mom's side of the family. It's a little over an hour drive....... not bad actually but we did it for three days straight and by the third day Lil Man had reached his limit. Christmas Day was breakfast with my family then off to my dad's family for lunch. The day after Christmas we spent with The Hubby's family.
We had a fabulous Christmas over all. Wonderful time spend with family we love.

Christmas Eve pictures:
One of my aunts with her grandson along with some cousins and Lil Man.

Lil Man looking at a picture taken.

Showing Nana and Poppa a book he was given.

A family shot.

Enough for one night. This was one tired little boy.

Christmas Morning at our house:
Bright and early Christmas morning. Our beautiful tree with a fire in the fireplace.

"Look, Mommy, Look!!"

"Open it pleaaaaase!"

Opening presents.

Playing with a new tractor.

Rough looking group I know but it is what it is. I love how Lil Man is peaking around Jake.

Christmas Morning Breakfast at my parents':
When we got done with gifts at our house, we headed to my parents' for breakfast. My dad always cooks a huge breakfast for all of us. Of course, we open gifts first!

The Hubby helping open Lil Man's stocking.

My brother, Uncle K, showing Lil Man how to shoot his gun.

"Look what I have Mommy!"

Picture with Nana and Poppa.

My mom, Lil Man and me in front of my mom's gorgeous tree.

"Time to play a little ball Uncle K!"

Don't they both just look like trouble.

My grandmother, mom, brother, Lil Man and me.

"Your turn Aunt B!"

Family shot.

Christmas Day Lunch at my dad's parents' house:

"Hurry Daddy! Open it Open it. I want my new truck!"

"What you got there Poppa?"

The three of us.

"I've been good long enough! Time for some fun!"

"Yipppeeeeee!"

Christmas night playing with his new train set.

Notice how he's sitting inside the tracks. Getting a little help from Daddy.

Day After Christmas at The Hubby's parents':

Luckily for us, Lil Man fell asleep on the way down. We left him in the car while we were eating lunch and took turns going out to check on him. He slept almost an hour. When he woke up, he was ready to play with his cousins....... and open more gifts of course.

Getting some help from Daddy.

A picture with all the grand kids.

And this picture was too funny!! It almost looks like a comedy routine. I don't' have a lot because by this day (the third day of taking pictures) my child had enough.

And that was our Christmas. All three days of it....... three glorious days!
