All Treats for us.... no tricks

Trick or Treating ...... Lil Man decided to be difficult.  I had decided he was going to go as a cowboy.... he had other ideas.  He refused to wear the gun holster and the cowboy hat.  And when I say refused, I mean full meltdown.  So, he went as a junior ranger (thanks to his granddaddy & grand-mommy for bringing back this vest and hat!).  OH!  A junior ranger that carried a gun b/c the gun was cool.

We trick or treated via a hayride through our neighborhood.  The houses aren't very close together and it's fairly hilly.  And frankly, it's a lot more fun with a big crowd.

Here I am obviously having mid conversation.
And the other 1/2 of my conversation with her little cowboy.
The boys having fun with each other.
 Our crew
Headed to the first house.... for some CANDY!
BB chillin on the trailer with Nana.
Candy received.... headed to the next stop.
(Notice TH with the other moms! :)  We took turns taking LM)
Having lots & lots of fun.
(My dad was the "watcher of children".  He kept an eye out and
made sure everyone was on before we headed for the next stop.)

Trick or Treating was so much fun this year.  LM got it last year towards the end of the night.  This year..... he knew what it was all about.  A funny story TH told me..... He was talking to a neighbor while LM was getting a piece of candy.  Well, neither were watching LM.  He proceeded to grab as much candy as quickly as possible.  :)  He just knew Mommy would want to share with him.
