Conversation between a man and his wife

Loving wife: "Did you press the start button?"  (This question is asked after husband returns to bed after specifically getting up to go start the dishwasher.)

............Silence...........

Darling Husband: "Yes!"

Loving Wife (Snickering on the inside.): "Are you sure?!?!"

Darling Husband: "I did.  I know how to start the dishwasher."

Loving Wife: "Ok.  But normally, you get it ready and hit the delay for several hours but never actually press START."

Darling Husband: "%$&@"..... as he's getting up to go check the dishwasher.....for the second time.

Loving Wife:  Laughing out loud as she rolls over and goes to sleep.
