Our way of life for the past 4.5 years is about to change. TH has been contemplating a change for awhile at work. And well...... now, it's about to happen. This is his last week in his current role. Come Monday morning.... he'll be in a different role. I'm excited and nervous at the same time. His current job has crazy hours, no real set schedule and not the best for family life. But like anything, it definitely has its perks. His new job will be a set schedule; we'll know when he works and when he won't. Period.
I guess like anything that's different it's exciting and a little nerve racking at the same time. I'm sure we'll go through a period of everyone getting adjusted. Several months from now..... the new will no longer be new, and it will have become our normal. I'm glad it's happening now so we'll have about 5 months for this new "normal" before the baby comes. Like most things in life, it's how you decide to look at the situation and the frame of mind in which you chose to have. I'm looking at all the positives and choosing to have a good frame of mind.....
Changes are a coming, and I say "Bring them on!"

Those sound like good changes to me! Especially to a family with (soon!) 3 young ones!
So excited for your hubby and the new job! You'll all adjust eventually! Saying a few prayers for you as you figure out the new normal.
It amazes me how I hate change. I am so damn resistant and it ends up being the best thing for me! This sounds like a good change on your end!
