It's a date

TH and I had the morning to ourselves!  We'll just say we had a "Day Date".  I'm working part time these days and trying to get everything ready/organized for Baby On the Way.  We had a "To Do" list of things that needed to get done but there's still plenty more to accomplish. 

Today's agenda included:
- Getting our taxes to our accountant.
- Stocking up on diapers for BB and BOtW (who doesn't have a name yet!).
- LM and BB's V.alentine's gifts.
- Purchasing a blanket for BOtW.  We have a ton of baby blankets in the house but I have to have a special one for each baby.  One that is theirs and only theirs.

The baby's room still isn't done.  My goal is to have it finished this weekend minus the window treatments.  He'll be downstairs in our room for the first month or two but I need a place to store some of his clothes and all that jazz. 

I'm setting up an appointment with LM's teacher for next year.  Or the teacher that has been recommended for him to have.  I want to have this settled in my head (and heart!) if at all possible before Baby gets here.  Once I have 3 little boys to look after, I want to devote my time to them.... not dealing with outside issues the first couple of months.  I know other people of multiple children but having 3 is obviously a first for me.  And having a husband who works the hours he does, quite frankly, adds to the stress a little (or a lot!).

..... and let me tell you a secret.  The boys are staying with my parents one night this weekend so TH and I can have a night to ourselves.  This will be a last for quite some time I know.  You have one child.... no problem finding someone to keep him.  You have two children..... it's a little more difficult.  Now with three little boys...... ummmm, I'm guessing I won't be "childless" for some time to come. :)
