2 months

TSD (The Smallest Dude) is 2 months old! Seriously! It's hard for me to believe this little guy was born two months ago.  It's like he's been part of the family a lot longer than that.  Lil Man refers to him as "my baby".  I guess he feels like TSD is his and his only.

It thrills me to no end when someone ask if he's a good baby or not.  I'm quick to say, "YES! He's a great baby."  He truly is.  He's a good sleeper and a very content baby in general.  He's like LM that way.  I'm glad he took after LM in that aspect and not BB.  BB was a very demanding baby (he's a very demanding toddler too.)

I confess that I haven't left him with anyone at all really.  My mom kept him for a couple of hours one day last week.  And that's it.  I keep him with me all the time.  One, I'm b.reastfeeding.  Two, he's my baby! I remember when LM was a baby.  The thought of running errands with a baby just blew my mind.  These days if I get out of the house with only one child it's a piece of cake.  When I have to go into the office a work for a little while, he goes! My sidekick.... that best describes him.  I will say that he has been staying in the church nursery for the past couple of weeks.

As of right now, TSD is sleeping in TH and my room.  We have a pack-n-play set up in the corner.  The boys' rooms are upstairs, and I'm not quite ready for him to be that far away from me.  He's not sleeping in long enough stretches at night either for me to justify putting him up there.  And if I'm honest, he ends up sleeping a couple of hours each night in our bed.  I'll fall asleep sometimes nursing with him cuddled up to me.  Nothing sweeter than a little one cuddled up to you snoozing away.

I thought this was just too funny.... I was trying to get a few more shots of TSD.  Jake decided he needed to have his picture taken too.  Poor Jake.... he was my first "child".  And instead of being #1, he's moved down the ladder to #4.  Such a sweet dog I have!!

These past few days TSD has been smiling a lot.  He's on the verge of laughing too!  It's like he is chuckling without actually making a sound.  When LM walks in the room, TSD perks up and starts looking around til he finds him.  So far, he is a mama's boy too! :)
