Since I've become a mommy, I feel as though I'm a changed person. A person who puts others' needs ( my boys) before my own. I'm a better person I feel.
Since I've become a mommy, I really understand the meaning of selfless love. You really can't comprehend the love between a mother and a child until you have a child. And when you just have one child, you really don't get how you can love more than one. Here I am 3 children later.... There are days when I feel on top of the world and rockin it as a mother. There are days when I think "Am I doing this right?" or "Am I the mother I want to be?" Being a mother is a never ending learning experience. One I cherish on the good days and the bad.
Since I've become a mommy, I appreciate my own mother even more. I understand the happiness and the heartache that only a mother can grasp. I'm thrilled that I can give my mother grandbabies to love on. Being a mom is work.... being a grandmother is mostly just fun. :)
