25 Random Things You May Not Know About Me

(Someone sent this to me on Facebook so I thought I would post it here also.)

1. My husband and I met through a "secret" society at college. We were both members and got to know each other at meetings.

2. After only dating 6 months, we were talking marriage. We just knew we were each others "it". Our 2 years of dating fell right before we were married.

3. I wanted to be a pediatrician when I was little. But passed out at the site of blood, so I didn't think I would make it through med school. Ya think??? :)

4. I don't clean. I might vacuum but that's where I draw the line. I pay someone to come on a weekly basis to do all the cleaning.

5. I love to cook. Luckily, I have a great husband who's willing (not much choice actually) to let me try new recipes. I do cook his favorites though.

6. I don't have a lot of girlfriends. I don't let myself get close to others very easily so I'm not one of those girls who has friends out the wazoo.

7. My husband and I have some close friends who are closer to my parents' age than ours. But we love hanging out with them!!

8. I'm not a casual hugger. I don't hug people unless they're my family or a close, close friend. Tiff, my college roommate, got a kick out of hugging me a lot. She thought it was hilarious b/c she knew it bugged the pee out of me. This was before we lived together for 3 years. (When I see her these days, it's an honor to be able to hug her.)

9. My husband is my best friend.

10. I absolutely LOVE being a mother. I am the only female in the house. I truly hope our next child is a boy too. Being a mom is the most rewarding "job", and the most difficult.

11. I drive a gas guzzler and feel absolutely NO shame!

12. I love to exercise. I wish I could get a couple of hours in each day but settle for 45 minutes to an hour.

13. I see my parents everyday. My mom keeps Lil Man; I work for my dad. My parents are awesome! I love the fact that we live close to them and get to spend a lot of time with them. They are more like friends these days than parents. (Most all of my friends love them too!)

14. My husband's job causes arguments between us on occasion. (Amount of time he puts in; phone ringing all the time.)

15. I am a "Right Now" kind of person. I hate to wait.....on someone, for something, etc.

16. Lizards and frogs FREAK me out!!! They can jump/run unexpectedly. Just thinking about them gives me the chills.

17. I'd like to build another house in the near future. (Near being the next several years.)

18. Sometimes I claim not to have heard something to have an excuse to not have done it. (Don't judge...you know you do something like that also!)

19. I would love to win the lottery; The Hubby and I have talked about what we would do with the money. Neither of us play the lottery......kind of hard to win that way!! HA HA

20. I love buying new handbags. (Dooney and Burke is my fav at the moment.)

21. I enjoy having people over to our home. Entertaining is fun to me. Lots of work but still lots of fun!!

22. I'm 28 years old and absolutely, totally dreading 30. With a passion!!!!

23. I think people who give birth without drugs are slightly crazy (or have seriously high pain tolerance.) Painkillers were invented for a reason, and childbirth was one of the main ones. (I also believe that whatever floats your boat is what you should do. I'm not judging just saying)

24. I enjoy watching reality t.v.
