We had a few friends and family over. Didn't go all out but we had fun anyway. My dad cooked a Low Country Boil with Coach's Seasoning. It was very yummy!!
And of course we had birthday cake!! Lil Man enjoyed this more than anything I think. His Poppa kept slipping him pieces way after he had reached his limit. I had to sweet talk The Hubby into giving me a for real, good smile! Isn't he such a cutie!!!
Micah (friends' little girl) was giving The Hubby a gift card. If you look real close, you can see you accidentally stuck the corner of the card in the cake. :)

I hope you had a wonderful birthday. May all your birthday wishes come true. You are the love of my life, and I truly think each day is a celebration of the love and happiness we have as a husband and wife. We are blessed with wonderful family and friends. Some of which celebrated with us. Lil Man and I love and cherish you. Love you babe!!

The "after" party wasn't all that fun. Lil Man took a good two hours to come down from the sugar high. He cried himself to sleep in my arms. Getting that child off schedule is just not cool. But....on occasion we can deal.
Thank goodness tomorrow is Saturday.....a day of relaxation.
