Training him right

Lil Man does have toys....real toys. He just prefers at times to play with household items. As you can see, a bowl and a wooden spoon can amuse him for quite awhile.

Until...he decides he wants to start beating on things with the spoon. This normally gets him in trouble; the spoon is then taken away. Spoon being taken away leads to a little tantrum.

Maybe his Nana is teaching him to cook at a young age. :)

Now the broom...... the broom is his current obsession. Any broom, anywhere. He thinks he should have access and be able to play until his little heart is content.

Maybe his Nana is teaching him cleaning is a good thing. A VERY good thing.

I know this is just a temporary thing. I know when the time comes for this little guy to have chores. He'll forget what the broom looks like. HA HA!! I sure as heck would....as a matter of fact, I had to go looking for a broom not too long ago. NO CLUE WHERE IT WAS KEPT!! I'm a firm believer in using the vacuum at all cost. :)
