I'm a mommy......

to this little guy. Do I really need to say more? LOL It's not always fun; it's not always easy...but it's always worth it!!

I'm a mommy.......

not a mother. The word Mother just sounds so formal and uptight. And if you know me IRL, the last thing I am is formal....heck, if you are just a blogging friend I'd say you realize I'm not formal.

I had a wonderful Mommy's Day.

Do anything special? No

Get expensive gifts? No

But I did spend the day with my mom, my grandmother as well as some other family. And I have to say...The Hubby took care of "baby duty" beginning Saturday night. He did bath/bed time and let me relax then did it all again Sunday night.

As you can see from the pictures, we just hung out and enjoyed some family time. My sweet baby is already showing an obsession with hats like his daddy. What can I say? :)

has become a wonderful friend too.)

And obviously my Lil Man loves him some NaNa too.

I know....it's mommy's day not daddy's day

but I couldn't resist. Aren't my two fellas cute??!!

To all that are mothers/moms/mommies, I hope you had a wonderful day. To those that are wishing to be, I pray that it is something you experience in the near future!! Because there is nothing in this world like being a mom.
