I have to say that I now understand why the US Post Office is doing so horribly........this does in no way pertain to the Internet or other competitors. This is due to your inability to be efficient.
When I go to get my mail and I find my box "locked", this makes me wonder. I come to the counter to ask why. The response I get is that my "rent" is due. Ok....I'm cool with that. ONLY I RECEIVED NO NOTIFICATION! I didn't argue that first time because I wanted to check my records. But now that I have, I came back. And you my dear Postmaster are wrong, which I will be more than happy to prove. And because you have a "glitch" in YOUR system that isn't producing notifications you just lock ALL boxes. Dude, do a little leg work. Most can semi-survive without a computer system.....it's called a backup plan!
Now.......
Let me explain the incompetence factor. Most companies that can't get their crap together go under. Luckily, you are funded by the government. Ahhhhhh, I get it now. You don't have to be competent for the reason I just stated. In this case, keep up the NOT so good work. And thankyousoverymuch.

Two things....they need to learn that my address is 201 WEST not just 201!!!! If I get their mail one more time!!!!!
Also wtf happened to their safari hats and shorts?!?!? I see the shorts....now where is the hat?
I have called my post office a few times because my mail lady leaves packages sitting on our mailbox. Now, I live on a road where ANYONE could see a package sitting there and TAKE it, and it has happened twice. She actually fills out the delivery confirmation and says it was delivered and i never see the package. I complained and then she was mad at me! Great times!
