Not much is sweeter

Not much is sweeter than having your child lean over and give you a smacking kiss.

I had bedtime duty by myself tonight.  I was trying to get both kids down at once.  BB was almost asleep, and LM kept calling to me to come into his room.  I was trying my best for him NOT wake BB up.  I got a little short with him telling him be quiet that I'd be there in one minute.

When I finally got to his room, LM patted his pillow because he wanted me to lay down beside him.  I did.  As we were both laying there, LM sits up and leans over me.  He plants with big ole kiss on me.  Melted my heart!

Not much is sweeter than knowing you can be a tough, loving mom and then have your child to prove he loves you.
