Substituting

Substituting running for this bad boy.  I'm a wimp!  I admit it....... you'll find me on this lovely piece of machinery in my nice and warm exercise room.

You won't find me running the neighborhoods and beyond.  Because, it's cold!  Hello!  I live in the South.... if it's below 50 degrees, this girl is staying indoors to workout.  I'm just saying.
