Work it out

I enjoy working out.  I like the way it makes me feel.... and I like the way it helps my body look.  I feel as though TH and I are setting a good example for our boys too.  They know we go for runs, walks, work out with weights and ride the elliptical.  We include them when possible.  I prefer, honestly, to workout on my own or with my husband.  BUT if I do have to workout with one or two of the boys, I'm cool with popping them in the double jogger and going for a walk or run.  I prefer to keep them out of the exercise room if at all possible but I'll take what I can get at times.  If that means I have a little one or two with me, then so be it.


The boys (and of course TSD isn't big enough for this yet) like to workout too! LOL.  As you can see in the photo, BB is doing sitting rows.  When it's time for me to stretch, I'll get the boys to sit with me and stretch too.  They might hold the position for 2.5 seconds but I still ask them to try and get a kick out of watching them.  I was in the exercise room the other day and forgot how to do a couple of exercises.  What's a girl to do?!  Take a picture and text said picture to her husband of course.  He promptly replies what I'm supposed to do.

I like to mix things up workout wise.  What do you do for exercise?  I walk.  I run.  I lift weights.  I ride the elliptical.  I've been known to do tae bo.  Even do a little yoga at times.  As lastly but not least, I have three boys. Ha! They keep me on my toes.

You look great in that pic! Hard to imagine you've had 3 babies. :)

With our big move, I will FINALLY have time to workout. Any tips? We can't buy workout equipment because our rental house is WAY too small (and cozy -- I'm looking forward to it after our current giant house), so anything I can do...any ideas? I want to target my tummy. It's not big, it's just not flat. >:)
